The Challenge
A website rebuild was coming. Perfect time to architect the SEO from ground up
Bumrungrad International Hospital had the ambition to be more competitive in search — and a website rebuild already on the roadmap to get them there. But rebuilding without a clear diagnostic risked carrying the same structural problems into the new build. Before a single page was redesigned, they needed an expert to examine the existing architecture, surface what was suppressing performance, and lay down the SEO blueprint the new site would be built on.
Our Approach
"Diagnose first. Build once. Build right."
The approach was a systematic, tool-backed audit of the entire site and Google Search Console data — not a surface-level review, but a full technical and structural examination. Every issue was then prioritised into a clear three-tier framework: critical issues that would produce dramatic improvement if fixed, warnings that needed to be addressed, and polish items that were good to solve but not blocking. The output wasn't just a problem list — every issue came with a specific recommendation on how to fix it, giving the development team a build-ready brief.
What We Built
Used world-class SEO tools alongside Google Search Console data to scan the entire site — crawlability, indexation, page speed, structured data, internal linking, duplicate content, and more.
Classified every issue into Critical (fix this for dramatic improvement), Warning (make it right), or Polish (good to solve) — giving the team a clear sequence for the rebuild rather than an undifferentiated list of problems.
Every identified issue was paired with a specific, actionable recommendation — so the development team had not just a diagnosis but a blueprint they could hand to engineers directly.
grzzly was retained to monitor the implementation of fixes through the rebuild process and track improvement in technical scores, rankings, impressions, and CTR as changes went live.

"We knew things weren't right — we just didn't know how much wasn't right. When 64% of the issues came back as critical, it confirmed we were right to audit before we built. grzzly gave us a blueprint we could hand directly to the development team, and then stayed with us to make sure the improvements actually showed up in the numbers.
